What the heck is rolled ice cream and who got the crazy idea to open a shop? Well, we've always wanted to own our own family business. We never really knew what type of business we wanted, but what we did know what that we wanted to create a happy atmosphere and make people happy, ensuring their business and counting on their return. So, in Greensboro we started looking for ideas as to what they town had and did not have. It had lots of ice cream shops, but nothing quite like this one. With lots of planning and thought, we new that we could do it.
